Heartwood Tree Company always has our ears up for good arborists and tree care professionals to help us maintain our clients’ trees. If you are an experienced and strong tree professional (or you aspire to be one), please let us know you are interested. We may be able to hire you today, or perhaps not until later on when our staff or seasonal demands change. Regardless, it pays to connect.
Our staff come from many backgrounds, but they have two things in common. They like to work outside (or at least pretend to) and they enjoy the problem solving challenges inherent in the tree care profession.
Are you a problem solver? Do trees intrigue you? Want to work outside in Madison all year round? If you are nodding your head, please give us a call. Most of our hires have little or no tree care experience; experience is great but is not required.
We have a proven record of safely training tree climbers/arborists. Our profession is a daily physical and mental challenge, but the reward of a completed task awaits you at the end of each day. We provide Worker's Compensation insurance, 401K and a variety of other benefits for full-time staff.
